“Just got back from an amazing overnight stay at Park Hall Manor. Our stay was fantastic. The house and Ladybower 2 suite, that we stayed in, is just stunning and Steven and Kris are fantastic hosts. Their attention to detail is second to none!
Breakfast was fresh, well cooked and a good choice of continental and cooked options were on offer.
The bed was firm but sumptuous and we slept well.

“This was our second trip to the lion at Belpur, and though we couldn’t have the bigger room this time, the room we had was still adequate for what we wanted. Always good friendly staff, who are more than willing to help.
The pub is located in a good area, close to shops and high street, and the mills and gardens. Fantastic time which is why we returned. ”

“Starting here on my own as a single woman I felt safe. My room, bathroom and the communal facilities were really clean, although there were signs of wear in a couple of places, for example the bed base. I was in the original hotel, where the building itself could do with some attention in places (window ledges, etc) which I hope they attend to because it's a beautiful building in a wonderful location. It's easy to get to on the edge of Matlock Bath and has plenty of parking.

“Take yourself back in time to an era we all want to recreate away from this troubling world. I was hoping for a spitfire to zoom overhead at anytime. A beautiful location within the Chatsworth estate in old style properties with plenty of character. Just a few steps away is a lovely local pub The Beeley Inn serving delicious food (the ox cheek is to die for,) agreeably it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ideal for a special treat.”
