"Luxury hotel in the center of Colmar. Everything was wonderful and the staff was attentive. You are in the center of everything, but you do not feel like you are in the center of everything. The park surrounding the hotel is beautiful and tranquil. All of the highlights of the city (Little Venice, City Centre) are within easy walking distance. "Unfortunately the bathroom needed a shower screen or curtain over the bath. There was no soap etc, not good after Covid. There was no bottled water in the room. The bed was very hard. However, the hotel has a lovely ambience, unchanged for many years of our visiting. "

Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great. "

At reception I asked for a table in the restaurant for that evening and was told it was fully booked, it was empty! I came back having been made to eat elsewhere and upon my return the restaurant had just two tables being used. I got a drink from the bar which was very expensive.
