Great central location, close to old parts of the town, lots of restaurants nearby. The main railroad terminal was only three blocks away. The hotel had been updated, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was very happy with the hotel!

This hotel has excellent sound proofing from exterior street noises. We could barely hear anything. Room could be slightly larger but good for 2 guests with reasonable amount of luggages. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The service was also heartwarming. The location is also good and convenient, both to points of interests and the train station. We certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel.

This hotel does not provide parking at all, despite saying otherwise. Most of the roads and streets to access the hotel are no longer passable by car. Despite calling the hotel and asking for directions, they were not able to provide it. Only noon this hotel if you are able to access it on foot.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Loved the hotel - very comfortable and stylish. Excellent service. Great location with easy access to historic sites and dining areas. Easy 10 minute walk from the main train station.

Great location, staff, but…

The place is strategically located - from Gare is only about 6 minute walk. And it’s in the center of everything. One thing I was frustrated is they didn’t change the beddings. There’s still stain of the previous occupant(s). But staff are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff, great stay.

Hannong was INCREDIBLE. I arrived at about 11:30am and they had my room ready. Joanna at the front desk was extremely helpful, giving us great Christmas Market, restaurant, coffee, and tourism suggestions. The location was fantastic, fairly centrally located, less than a mile from everything with easy access to the tram and train station. There's a great wine bar on the ground floor, definitely worth checking out as well.

Nice stay.

Triple room had nice extra twin. Bath tub and separate shower Roomy and comfortable but needed more coffee for the tea and coffee station. Pleasant upon arrival and departure. Nice overall. Near tram and St Thomas and Atelier patisserie.

Excellent boutique hotel

Location right in the center of town. Near parking. You pay 28€ instead of 44€. Not clear on the hotel website. Petit France and cathedral and all the shopping streets are easily walkable. Breakfast has unique make your own juice section and the food was amazing. A lot of local specialties of offer. The room was really comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower. There is also a fridge. Bed was a bit smallish. All in all an excellent boutique hotel.

It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful.
