Pros: 5min to main train station, friendly staff, option to get a voucher if don't need cleaning, provided complimentary tea and coffee plus a free bottle of water in the room, luggage storage. Everything was clean and orderly. Cons: The surrounding area isn't the nicest, luggage storage is unlocked and only self-serviced, the bathroom is very tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly and would recommend staying here. "

"Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable room, there is a playground for the kids nearby, big park, U-bahn 5 minutes from the hotel. But the door to the bathroom was from the glass and very heavy, we couldn't even close it properly. The room was very clean and I've found some hairs in the bathroom and on the bed."

"Everything was perfect except the noise. I think if they have a double pane window that would be a lot more quiet. You can hear people talking on the street ( if your room is in the street side) But other than that staff were awesome, very helpful and polite. They room condition is also great. "This is a clean, quiet, safe hotel. It was a spacious room for Europe. Only complaint would be the stairs. It says there is an elevator and there is but you have to take several steps to get to it. Six steps to get to reception, 10 to get to the elevator then stops between floors so you have to go up or down 10 stairs to your room. So if you are like me who travels heavy it’s a pain with suite cases. It was very clean and breakfast was good. "
