Location was great across Karlplatz, which it was noisy at night since is near tram & train terminal. The room looked more like a hostel. There was no kettle, cups, glasses or toiletries. Walls were bare. This hotel is on the green kick by offering water or beer if they skip the cleaning. It should be wine or beer to make it fair. Carpet had stains and side table had damage & motion lights didn’t turn on immediately that made the stairs dangerous at night & I felt uneasy on the halls. I messed up my reservation and I needed an extra night but hotel wanted double the rate I had paid per day for 3 days. I had to find another hotel causing me an inconvenience of switching hotels.

Stayed here for two nights. This is a small clean room with air conditioning close to the hbf train station shopping and restaurants. Can't comment on breakfast because we did not have it. However, if a washcloth, a glass , a coffee pot in room safe, ice, refrigerator is important to you. You might want to rethink this place

This is just a place to sleep and shower. We were told no A/C during summer, so either you suck it up or open the windows. With open windows, you'll hear the tram and voices on the street all night. Lots of places to eat and easy access to everything. Overall it's not a bad place, if you're not picky.

It was a small clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel gave quests the option to forego cleaning for a free beverage - a great way to encourage a more environmental cleaning practice. The hotel was five miinutes walk to the Stachus underground. A point to note that there for no fridge or kettle.

The staff was pretty great and the highlight of this property. Pictures don’t reflect the true property. The carpet in my room was quite stained. The lobby furniture was dated and stained as well. The property itself is 2 star at best, but the staff boosts it another star. The bed is very hard and I got very poor sleep. The breakfast was small but quality was good there so mostly worth the cost. I definitely got what I paid for and nothing more.
