Great location in the heart of Munich. Ideal and easy access for bus, train and trams. All the main sights walking distance. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, new, clean, all amenities that you might need for a fun stay. Staff are very responsive and accommodating. Able to leave bags before check-in and after to extend the visit to the city. Lots of restaurants, activities, and public transportation in the area. Spacious room, plus the lobby/handout area with a water refill station and coffee. Plus games, video games, and a full kitchen. The only part that was a surprise was the all-clear glass bathroom in the middle of the apartment. Very difficult to have privacy to use the bathroom/shower.

The location is convenient ,walkable and the location is near the hop on & Hop off tour bus. The place is clean & safe.Last but not the least Staffs is very nice & accomodating, Helpful & Allow us to check In early which is really helpful to us to continue our tour and help us settle down to our new place. Ill stay in same place if ill be back in Munich, Germany.

Stayed at Munich in a room to accommodate three people. Room was very spacious, big shower, kitchenette and washing machine. Toiletries supplied. Unique though was being able to use the public area which had its own kitchen, laundry, sitting areas to relax or communicate with other travellers; also some supplies to top up if needed. Loved our stay here!

Loved the spaciousness, high tech facilities but didn’t like the location. That said, in time I know the surrounding buildings will be refurbished. It is next door to the main station which is super handy.

We just finished a 4 night stay at Stay Kooook. We were extremely pleased with our room. While not overly large, it was decorated in a contemporary theme and laid out very efficiently. I think it was perhaps the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in - no sound of elevator doors opening or closing, no outside noise and because there were only two other rooms on our floor, we seldom even heard a door close. Perfect when you are trying to overcome jet lag! The bed was comfortable and we felt we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. We are both in our 70s and had no trouble navigating the digital entry. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the main subway station (Munich Hauptbanhof) and only a few minutes more to the terminal for German Rail (DB) and was also walking distance to Marienplatz and the Old Town. A very convenient location for visitors to Munich! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is excellent. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Very clean, very new, everything in the room is so advanced. The common room on the first floor is so chill. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and always reply guests' enquiries promptly (24x7). I must recommand to others and will visit again.

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questa struttura.Mi sono sentita subito a casa. Il piccolo appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che serve,la parte comune stupenda.Un piccolo consiglio,la porta di vetro del bagno potrebbe essere oscurata.Per il resto lo consiglio vivamente.

Selbstcheck in und kein Personal vor Ort. Wird alles selber über die online App geregelt. Natürlich kann man Personal bei Bedarf auch kontaktieren, aber es lief alles reibungslos. Einziger Nachteil: wenn man mal kein Handy dabei hat/akku leer ist, hat man keinen Schlüssel

The beds roll every time it’s touched, and the toilet door is clear glass providing no privacy. The thermostat did not reflect the actual room temperature.

Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich modern und zentral. Es gibt jedoch kein Personal, keinen Empfang und einen Zimmerservice (Reinigung) hatten wir auch nicht. Von der Ausstattung gibt es kein Fernseher, keine Zahnbürstenbecher, keinen Mülleimer (außer für Kosmetik im Bad), keine Parkplätze usw. Die Bettwäsche ist leider sehr schlecht und bringt einen in der Nacht an den Rand der Dehydration, wegen übermäßigem schwitzen. Wer „nur“ einen Platz zum schlafen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs möchte, ist aber trotzdem gut aufgehoben.

The hotel is new, modern, and features a terrace and a common area with a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare and eat meals and enjoy complimentary water, herbal teas, and cereals. The hotel is located just steps from Marienplatz. I recommend it because it has everything a traveler needs.

Strange how the bed is on a rail at the back wall. When you sit on the edge of the bed it rolls away and at check in my wife was on the other side and the bed slammed into her foot. The room was comfortable and was nice to have the two beds divided by storage units. The sofa bed should be changed out for a bed so the third person is not stuck with a very uncomfortable pull out. Very close to transit and many of the sites downtown. Cost is very high per night and no housekeeping for our stay.

This place is great in all aspects - 10 min walk to Marienplatz, 5 min to the station, grocery store right downstairs, and great restaurant and bars around. I'd say the only drawback is that the bathroom has glass doors. Anyone in the room can completely see you doing whatsoever. If you are traveling with children, or would like doing your business with some privacy, being a newspaper or a roll of kitchen paper and tape to cover the glass.
