We stayed here twice the first check in went well and was quick. When we returned to check in later the person at the desk did not seemed knowledgeable of the process and tried to have me pay for the room again that I had prepaid online. The location of the hotel is very good. 10 mins to S-bahn. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel could use a good cleaning. The carpets were quite stained. Also the everyday houskeeping didn't clean cups. A dirty coffee stirrer was left in the room when we checked in.

This hotel is located just a short 10 min bus ride away from both the tram and train station, providing a whole multitude of transport options to explore the beautiful city of Munich. The compound itself was large and welcoming, with excellent service in checking in our room. The room was elegant and spacious, giving us a good space to relax and rest. The breakfast was well stocked to accommodate many guests, with a good selection of delights prepared in whimsical ways such as an automatic fresh pancake maker and a Nutella dispenser.
