“The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. I dids not eat dinner but the breakfast and apres ski selections excellent and offered a lot of choices incl lox at breakfast, delicious fresh fruits. and cheese and meats and soup and pastries. fresh rolls and a salad bar after skiing. My room Was very clean and included a balcont with a great view of the Dolomites. Did not try the spa but everything is packed and ready for...

Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional.
