"This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers...

"Please don't come here. Don't even think about coming here. I beg you. I'll just state the facts briefly. This place was on another site starting with A, too. There it was rated 1.7. I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks). I'm serious....

"3 night stay in Vienna on our way back to UK Superb hotel, only let down by no restaurant for the evenings, however Erni's nearby is very good for food although the owner can be hard to get on with LOL; make sure not too late getting to him pre 20:00 is advised as he shuts kitchen early. Hotel breakfast is very good and location with public transport is very good only 4 stops to main attractions."
