Cons: no wifi; window facing sunrise position without blackout curtains, both the brightness and heat woke us up as the sun rose; headboard of bed blocks the windows from opening making it a sauna room during the day! And still quite warm throughout the nights; odd positioning of wardrobe makes the room impracticably smaller than what it should have been; only 1 working power socket, although extension bar with 3 outlets is provided. Pros: 1 tram stop away from Westbahnhof, tram stop right across the road from main entrance; clear check-in check-out instructions; responsive customer service; full cooking facilities with fridge; washing machine and dryer. Tips: Room 4 of apartment 16 is the best room. It's spacious and with openable windows not directly facing sunrise or sunset.

A lot of noise from road and trams, windows are old and has no resistance for noise. There is no wi-fi and soap for hand washing. If you stay here take care these details.

Zunächst suggeriert die Anzeige etwas, das letztlich leider nicht der Realität entspricht. Die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen ist dann so schlecht, dass sich keine Lösungen findet und man letztlich einfach alleine gelassen wird. Die Höhe ist zum Abschluss die Aufforderung zu einer 5-Sterne-Bewertung seitens Camelotels Accommodations, da alles übrige "geschäftsschädigend" sei. Ich mochte/konnte dort keine Nacht verbringen und musste mir eine neue Unterkunft suchen.
