"Stayed 1 night after a trip to Cortina area. Love the location near the airport. Shuttle service had limited hours of operation (2pm to 7pm,I believe, and only airport to hotel). Easy to arrange and pickup was very smooth. Staff was very helpful to explain bus 5 goes to Piazzela Roma for €1.5(each way). Bus stop is only 50m away; very convenient and priced right. Decent/safe outdoor cafe across the street for a night cap. Staff also made transfer arrangements for us for an early morning return to VCE.
Rooms were very recently and tastefully remodeled. Very nice. Always felt safe.
Great room. Great value. Great staff. "
"The breakfast was ample and amazing. Service with all professionals was great. One younger person was rude and short on room phone when I asked one question about operating air conditioning, but I just went silent after the curt answer so it wouldn't matter who hung up on who. The world today. Anyway, setting up shuttles and other communication through Hotels.com was easy and prompt. Clear communication. Italy countryside was relaxing after vigorous vacay."
"Room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. It was a relatively close walk to Marco Polo Airport so there was no need to pay for an uber or taxi service to go less than a mile. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Only negative was they would not give more than 1 room key for “safety reasons.” Not a big deal. We stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport so we didn’t have to deal with water taxis with a bunch of luggage. We got the superior room as it was very modern. Definitely recommend this hotel for the last night in Venice. "
"On our frequent trips to Venice we always choose to stay on Murano, as the island is so much quieter in the evenings, making it the perfect base from which to explore the city. This was our first time staying at the NH Collection, and it certainly will not be our last.
The hotel is beautifully stylish, housed in a converted glass factory and showcasing some of the finest glass artwork created by Murano’s master glass artists. The design perfectly blends history with contemporary comfort, creating a truly memorable setting.
The restaurant deserves particular praise. The food is of a very high standard, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The waiting staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an excellent culinary experience, making dining here a real highlight of our stay.
NH Collection Murano exceeded our expectations in every way and we look forward to returning on future visits."
"This is an excellent place to stay. Clean room and excellent staff. Hotel restaurant offers excellent food as well. The property is not within walking distance to town so you need a taxi or other transport."
