"This hotel is great. We’ve stayed here before and I’d give it a 10/10. It’s under renovation right now and we had no idea when we booked this hotel. Things were upside down in the lobby, the game room was closed, no tea or coffee or hot chocolate that they usually have. Breakfast was terrible as well it was loud with a lot of banging from the Reno’s above us. Also it was to include two drinks which it did not. Hopefully after the Reno’s it will return to being great. However this trip, I’d give it a 3 out of 10"

"Our room had shredded curtains and curtains with holes, bathroom ceiling peeling with huge areas missing, shelving for towels were dirty, both ottoman cushions were full of holes, plaster falling off parts of wall in living room area, and the bed was so worn that you could see the divots in the mattress."

"The room was very dirty looked like they had never vacuumed and when you pulled the bed out of the couch, it was still dirty from the last customers that had been there. Pool area was very dirty and smelt like you had walked into a gas station bathroom. "
