During snow, no maintenance of parking lot. Room was VERY worn. Big stain on carpet, broken down springs on the sofa, one light bulb burned out and dents on the fridge. Carpet was frayed. Staff was very nice. The hotel main lobby was nice. The hotel itself has great potential; it was the rooms themselves that were the most worn and need some TLC.
