"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the free coffee, tea and water and apples near the reception. Room was very clean, high standard. It was a nuce touch that they offered a voucher for a free drink of choice if you did not need daily room service, helping environment and guests at the same time. Would definitely recommend."

"This is a 2 star hotel, not the 3.5 star listed on Expedia. The pictures look great but inside it is a motel. The site says free breakfast but there is nothing and the staff look confused that I asked about it. It is being renovated and there are lights out all over including the stairs which make it very dangerous. Stay away. "
