Clean hotel, great location, thin walls.

The hotel is in a good location, right in the city and clean. Breakfast was actually really good (I had the Japanese breakast). (I would have rated the hotel higher but the walls were thin so you could always hear your neighbors.)

Wonderful!

Wonderful staying in this hotel. The hotel just located 2 min away from the bus terminal. There are many good restaurants in the mainstreet. There are lawson and familymart just next to the hotel, and Tsutaya, supermarket, 100yen store in within 5 min walking distance. The staff are very helpful. I love the design of the room. It is nice and clean. I love the room has many sockets and hangers which is a very user friendly setting. The shampoo and body wash smell very nice, even the left smell very good too. There are washing machines on 5/F. Even the toilet is very clean at the ground floor. I am strongly recommend this hotel for others. Definitely come back again! Amakusa such a beautiful island! :D

いつも利用していて快適に過ごさせていただいてたのですが今回は初めての形の部屋でエアコンの風向きと騒音で寝れなかったのであと2日間同じ部屋だときついと思い、相談したところ次の日から部屋を変えていただきました。わがままを聞いていただいて本当にありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。

熊本空港から桜町バスターミナル経由で本渡バスセンターに来たのですが、ホテルが道路を挟んだ目の前で凄く便利でした！ ホテルの従業員の方もとても優しく親切で快適でした！🙂‍↕️

ホテルの場所は、本渡バスターミナルのすぐ前にあり、とても便利だと思います。 ホテルに着いて、アメニティもしっかり準備してあり、スタッフの方も丁寧な対応でしたし、 部屋の中もしっかり、清潔感もあり、バスタオルがふかふかで、気持ち良く泊まることが出来ました。 また、本渡に泊まる事があったら、泊まります。

リノベーションしたのかロビーはオシャレで、客室内は綺麗でした。客室の鍵はオートロックではないので、鍵のかけ忘れに注意が必要です。 朝早い時間に非常ベルが２回もなりましたが、スタッフからは何の声がけもありませんでした。(レセプションまで確認に行った他の客が問題ないことを教えてくれました)チェックアウト時にも非常ベルについては何も言及がありませんでした。 ベルのせいで睡眠不足ですし、非常時の対応に不安を覚えました。
