"Great place to stay at while visiting Torres del Paine NP. Can’t beat the view! Good food served for breakfast and dinner. Maybe a small fridge would be necessary in the room, at least for the summer days. "

"Rio Serrano Hotel is set in a truly stunning location—without doubt one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited, and this was country number 66 for me. The hotel itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and supported by a team of genuinely helpful staff. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and we were honestly devastated to leave after just four nights. The on-site company, Massif, was fantastic. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend booking with them if you’d prefer not to organise your own activities. Their tours were well-run, informative, and a great way to experience the area. We’re already planning our return—this place is too special not to visit again. "
