"The Sebastian River Rental is Exceptional so beautiful, quiet and clean. The view is Amazing. I did not want to leave. If I could live there year round I would. The host Pierce was so very nice. Very easy to check in and out. I cannot wait to go back and I am give them 10 stars. I am already planning my next vacation there 😊"

"We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with children ages 5 and 8. Keith was extremely welcoming and helpful. He assisted in launching the kayaks, put up a Happy Birthday banner to surprise our daughter which we thought was beyond thoughtful and shared stories with some of the properties unique history with us. I highly recommend!"

"This was our second stay at this property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy. The breakfast room is kept spotless. The only issue we had was that our room was a little humid and we couldn’t get the moisture out with the AC unit."
