Their English wasn’t great. It is a shared bathroom. "

"The area it’s really bad, if you are going with your family I do not recommend it. The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. "We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! It was a difficult stay."

"The receptionist was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't use either of the bed pillows because they both were very thick and hard and I estimated that each weighed about 2 kilos. Winter blankets were on the bed. Breakfast was good but I had to ask for missing items. The location is indeed walking distance from the airport."
