"Very disappointing stay … one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. But upon check in, we found out they were closed during our stay. That should’ve been clearly indicated online. There was also a stain on our bed, and housekeeping woke us up an hour before check out. We also weren’t told breakfast hours upon check in and missed it. Doubtful we’d book this hotel again."
