"Stayed one night before an early flight. Parked at the hotel for the 6 day duration of our trip. Shuttle to airport was convenient and about 20 mins. On landing at Logan on return I called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick us up and take us back to our car at the hotel. Hotel parking is in the main lot of the hotel. We sorted the parking payment out the day we checked in"

"Good location and close to Dunkin and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes drive to downtown. Free coffee in the morning and excellent breakfast. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out! Friendly staff! 9/10"

"It is not quiet; I stayed on the sixth floor, and it sounded like there was a bowling alley upstairs—all night and into the morning, with a diabolical racket."

"The breakfast was ok. The usual complimentary breakfast. The lady (Ramona) tending to the breakfast made my morning every morning. She was so kind. Always has a smile on her face. Made sure I had everything I needed. The staff on the front desk ( Their names escape me) were all very helpful with the exception of one young lady whom i didnt find friendly at all and always seemed like you were an inconvenience if you had a question. I do however wish I would have known that the hotel was under construction before I booked my stay. There was no hot water in my room on 2 of my 5 mornings. Two of the days they had to shut the water off all together. "
