The stay was wonderful. I hope that they will have two functional working elevators by then which is honestly my only complaint.

You get what you pay for. I stayed here because there was something on in Baltimore and the hotel prices had surged. This was a better deal. But the hotel is old and not well-maintained. The air conditioning in the room did not shut off at the set temperature and made the room extremely cold. The only choice was to turn it off completely and then let the room warm up naturally although the windows don't open. The bathroom sink was clogged and maintenance could only partially unclog it. The cold and hot water pressures in the shower kept changing and at one point I turned off the hot water and it took two minutes for the water to cease to be burning hot. The power for the room safe would go on and off at one point I could not open the safe to retrieve my passport. I wanted to iron clothes but the iron provided by the hotel was dead. Lastly, the area around the hotel is quite sketchy at night.
