"My husband was admitted to Bay State Medical Center with cardiac issues. We are from South Texas and visiting family. From the get-go the staff remained compassionate and did everything in their power to lessen my anxiety regarding booking, and then having to extend the stay twice. I was in tears and frantic at times but staff were angels to me. I am hopeful that all hotel staff during my stay will get some sort of recognition for their individual acts of servitude."

"Lovely inn with a delicious breakfast included, with real china dishes. Very close to the college & botanical gardens (walking distance). Safe. Cozy. Elegant. Quiet. Clean. Quaint. Tons of books and games to stay in. Everything you want in a cute inn. They do not have a 24 hour desk but have clear instructions to get the key from the lockbox after hours."

"Although the hotel could use a refresh in some areas, it was clean and spacious. Lots of options at breakfast. Staff was really nice and helpful. It is close to the highway so although not very noisy, I would not call it quiet. Within walking distance to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Short drive to the Big E Fair."
