"The apartment was lovely, spacious and with a great view of the nightly fireworks display. Good location to the cable car and sunset/evening shows. We found it frustrating that there is no manned reception or concierge with this property. Everything is done via What's app. If you are using only wifi, then you have limited coverage once you are away from the room as Wifi does not work once you leave the room. The TV is set up that you have to use your phone to watch anything. Unlike most accommodation places where there is CNN or BBC for example, there is none of this. The pool is on the 20th floor and has an amazing view over the area however there are only 3 sun loungers and no shade so not ideal for spending too much time relaxing by the pool."

"Venice hotel is stunning. We were shown to our balcony room by reception just in time for 7.45 fireworks. Exquisite room. Enjoyed the jacuzzi/ pool for the price of a drink and watch 9.30 fireworks from the bar or jacuzzi. Loved our free hotel tour of the area. Fantastic views from our balcony of kiss bridge from sea facing room. Fantastic value, spent three nights here. Amazing sunsets in sunset town!"

"We stayed at Roma Hotel for three nights. This hotel is in Sunset Town. It’s close to many other attractions, restaurants. The hotel offered a complimentary buggy tour around town. The included breakfast buffet offers many food choices and good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

"Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. The hotel is located away from the busy street and venues and was well insulated for a good sleep. Our room was clean, nicely decorated with a sunset/partial ocean view. "

"More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards weren't great - food was fresh, just that the way food was displayed and accessed wasn't the best. For example, they have this huge tub of ice that keeps getting refilled, but u can see the melted ice at the bottom of the bucket had probably been there for a couple of hours and contained debris. An ice machine would have been better. The fruits were also just left in the open and probably should have been covered/ in refrigerated section and split into individual portions (pretty sure I got a tummy bug from here). Some amenities were dated/broken -e.g. ping ping rackets and table football. For a hotel this size, I think there should be more sport/fun ammenities, e.g. there was only one ping pong table, always with a long queue. Good location - nearby restaurants/ mini-marts, quick taxi ride to sunset town. The rooms were also a good size and well maintained. For quality, the price seemed fair, and if the hotel can address the above issues, it'd be a really great stay. "

"Spacious villa with private pool. The beach is quite with white sand. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. As soon as you enter the hotel, every staff keeps greeting to you and make the whole experience very cheerful and relaxing. Best service! I would recommend it to everyone."
