Property was clean and had a very friendly vibe. Quiet area during my stay and the gated parking (extra charge) was very convenient and secure. Room was better than expected with ground floor romms having a nice patio with a running fountain. I will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature.

Great visit - clean and comfortable and spacious room plus a balcony and fully equipped kitchen PLUS free breakfast, 24/7 Pete’s Coffee access, even a security gate remote opener for free parking access. Oh yes - right off the 5 and super convenient location to all attractions and beaches and PLUS … did I mention the awesome staff?
