“We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was good too.... basic but good.”

“There was no soundproof in the bathroom of the room I was assigned to. I could hear the Spanish lady speaking ultra loudly. I turned up my music so she would know I could hear her. The hotel really need to fix this. Even closing the bathroom door didn’t help. However, I am content with the location and the view of the room.”

“El hotel está bien en calidad precio, atención personal muy bien situación del hotel buena si no fuera porque debajo del hotel hay un Gimnasio abierto 24h. Los Viernes Con Música asta las 04,00h de la madrugada por lo el que quiera descansar que no se alojé en las habitaciones del interior yo solo dormí 90 minutos, Hiba para tres días y solo estuve seis horas. Creo que deberían de poner en la propaganda que la Música está incluida en el presio.”

“Muy bien en todos los aspectos. Un hotel con mucho encanto y muy original. Se ve que tiene sus años, pero de ahí el encanto; y la decoración acorde a la temática. La habitación bien de tamaño, limpia y acogedora. El jardin grande y precioso. Muy bonito en general. Se admiten mascotas, pero no molestan nada. Ubicación muy buena, a poca distancia de todo. En cuanto al personal, un 10. Muy atentos y simpáticos. Si vuelvo a Laredo lo elegiré de nuevo, sin dudarlo.”

“Such a lovely building. Lots of traditional features but rooms are modern, clean and fresh. Our room had a small balcony, one of two in the hotel. Most attractive restaurant and courtyard. It has a gastro dining experience and the restaurant seemed very popular with local visitors but plenty of room. Breakfast had a good variety, continental but cheese and hams with everything you would expect. More than filling. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We loved every aspect of this...

“Have stayed in this hotel many times over the last few years. The location is perfect just a short walk to the main area of Sardinero and the beach. The food is amazing. Having tried most restaurants in the area, this is by far the best food. Rooms are very clean. My one criticism is that the rooms are a bit plain and outdated, especially the bathrooms. Nevertheless a very nice place to stay if visiting Santander”

“Un fin de semana perfecto. La Casona de la Pinta es mucho más que una casa rural. Se parece más a un hotel boutique de 5 estrellas, pero con el encanto de estar en plena naturaleza, justo en el Camino Real —antiguo trazado del Camino de Santiago. Desde la llegada (tardísima un viernes por la noche) todo fueron facilidades. La atención es cercana, implicada, auténtica. Te ayudan con recomendaciones, rutas, y lo que necesites.
