"Clean rooms, friendly staff always smiling, very enjoyable activities especially in the swimming pool (the water polo and competitions and the water slide), good and reasonable price for an ultra-inclusive resort especially being a family concept, my 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter enjoyed every moment which by itself filled us with joy and happiness, this is the third time for me at this resort and I am extremely willing to revisit it in the future"

"The positive : we loved the food and the variety they offered. The cheese, fresh greens and veggies are fantastic. The baking was delicious. The outside of the hotel is in good shape, well maintained and looked fantastic, water park looked interesting- a child’s dream. Very children friendly facility. The negative: At least our room had water damaged floorboards, wallpaper, bathroom door, mirror frame and the minibar. As a contractor myself it was disappointing. On the beach 90% of guest were smoking in non smoking area. Lots of garbage and plastic on the beach left behind by guests. NOT ACCEPTABLE! No staff did anything against it."
