"The hotel is right at the station, which made it incredibly convenient. It’s an unmanned hotel with check-in handled through a machine, but the staff I interacted with were very polite. My room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were available daily on request. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations and was very cozy"

"Hotel Route Inn Omagari was spotless, good breakfast and very nice hot baths. We have always had a good experience with these hotels. Small rooms but very adequate. "

"The hospitality of Nori-san, Chie, and their family made our stay so enjoyable. "This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area."
