The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious both in the restaurant and 24 hour cafe and very reasonably priced. It was the second time we have stayed there, and when we visit Northumberland again we will not hesitate to stay there again

Staff very friendly, room 4 was perfect, spotless and recently refurbished bathroom. 24 hr parking at railway station for £3.70 so car was securely parked yet heard no noise from station in our room.
