"The hotel is beautiful, the rooms designs are awesome. The hotel workers are very polite and helpful looking for transportation for you. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel location was excellent, it was walking distance to all restaurants and plaza mayor. I highly recomment this hotel. awssome"

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
