"My stay at the Madeleine Carlton Hotel in Medellín, Colombia was truly outstanding. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until the day I left. I was the guest whose husband lost his passport at the airport. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us during what was a very stressful situation. They called the airport multiple times and worked diligently until my husband's passport was located. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, patience, and dedication. Every member of the team was wonderful, from the front desk staff to the dining room staff and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was always comfortable and welcoming. The dining experience was also excellent, with attentive service and great hospitality. Thanks to the outstanding staff, our trip ended on a positive note despite the passport incident. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín. Mi estadía en el Hotel Dann Carlton Medellín fue verdaderamente excepcional. El servicio fue excelente desde mi llegada hasta mi salida. Soy la huésped cuyo esposo perdió su pasaporte en el aeropuerto. El personal del hotel fue más allá de lo esperado para ayudarnos durante una situación muy estresante. Llamaron al aeropuerto en múltiples ocasiones y trabajaron con gran dedicación hasta que finalmente encontraron el pasaporte de mi esposo. Estamos profundamente agradecidos"
