โLovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldnโt help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. โ
โBooked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if youโre used to US continental bfastโฆ). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! โ

Vorweg: Aussicht top: Dann hรถrt es leider aber auch gleich. Preise eher genug. Beim Abendessen die vegetarische Auswahl de facto inexistent. Frรผhstรผck gab es eine Art Kรคse (Hobelkรคse), Assugrin gibt es nicht, oder sie wissen nicht, was es ist (vielleicht eine sprachliche Barriere), sie haben Sinalco zero. Beim Check-in muss man selber online einchecke mit Dokumenten-Nummer. Das wรคre noch einigermassen okayโฆ. mich ignorieren, aber meinen Partner wie einen Kรถnig behandeln finde ich...
โThis is an absolutely beautiful hotel. So much attention to detail and beautifully restored. The host and hostess are wonderful and so very nice. Suggested things to do. And we ate a delicious dinner and breakfast the following day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants beauty, friendly and breathtaking views. I wish we had stayed longer. โ
โWhat a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...
โThe property owners are amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure the experience was outstanding. The views and surroundings areas are spectacular. I would love to come back and bring my family to experience the apls in this amazing location. โ
