“The hotel is closing this Sept for a two year renovation. Some staff have already left for other city jobs. Both sink and bathtub did not drai well. The room tv was so small it was almost impossible to see. No bar soap provided. Asked for a one hour late checkout and it was granted but almost begging. Good location. Dave in the restaurant was good as well as both doorman. Possible maybe second stay but only after renovation.”

“Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. ”

“We booked the room, due to holding an event in the rum warehouse. It was exceptional from the staff to the amazing communication nothing was at fault. The breakfast is hot and fresh with lots on offer. Thank you to Chloe, Daisy, Sas and the rest of the team your customer service is amazing. Not forgetting the rest of the staff groups. Sadly we didn’t get to sample the spa but guests who we bumped into said how gorgeous it was. Hopefully see you all soon. Natalie & Andrew Smith”

“Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future ”
