“Travelled with our 2 grandkids age 6 and 3. Hotel was clean. Room was nice except USB plugs all 3 didn’t work. Front desk was nice but not helpful and a bit rude to another person looking for guidance on an event at THEIR facility. Pool is small and a little cold. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was included in our room but we had to ask how it worked since we were not instructed what to do or where to go. It was a slow turn around time as they seemed short staffed but was good. “They didn’t know I was coming it was like I never made a reservation. It is the cheapest in the area so you get what you pay for regarding the room quality. Room was right at the entrance of the motel, so it was noisy. Service was super nice tho, I just got lucky they had an extra room when we showed up. ”

“직원의 환대가 고마웠고... 객실 업그레이드 해주고 뷰도 좋은 쪽으로 해준다하여 기뻤으나... 방에 가보니 원래 예약한 그대로였다. 이미 자정을 넘은 시간이고 다음 날 일찍 나가야해서 그냥 잤다. 직원이 일부러 그랬다고 생각하지는 않지만... 그래도 아쉬웠다. 엘리베이터앞에 물과 커피도 준비되어 있고, 직원들도 친절하다. 욕실 온수도 콸콸 나오고 스타벅스 캡슐커피 머신도 있다. 다만, 밤에 걸어서 가기엔 주변에 약에 취한건지 술에 취한건지 배회하는 사람들이 많아 출입구에 가드가 있는 이유를 알 수 있었다. 아침에 나갈 땐 대부분 사라지고 없었다.”

“가장 큰 방에서 묵었습니다. 2개의 화장실이 있어서 참 좋았는데, 침대방 화장실 수도에서는 온수가 나오지 않아 씻는데 애를 먹었습니다. 또한, 거실 화장실은 무엇이 꽉 막혀서 세면대 배수가 되지 않았습니다. 그 쪽 화장실에 샤워기는 고장나서 컨트롤이 제대로 되지 않았습니다. 베드는 스프링이 독립이 안되어 있어 옆사람이 뒤척이는 것만으로도 깰정도로 매트리스가 전체 반응합니다. 커피포트는 제대로 세척이 되지 않았는지 수돗물로 한번 세척해 봤는데 구정물이 나와서 불결해보였습니다. 하지만, 조식 샌드위치, 커피, 요거트는 구성도 알짰고 맛있었습니다. ”

“I stayed at the hotel and paid a credit-card deposit at check-in. However, the deposit has still not been released or refunded even after 20 days. I contacted the hotel twice regarding this issue, but received no response at all. I am leaving this review because the lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing.”
