La mia valutazione complessiva è molto positiva. Accoglienza cordiale e disponibilità della reception ineccepibili. Qualità dell'hotel buona, camere pulite e letto grande, ho però degli appunti da fare alcuni di competenza dell'hotel altri causati da me e da hotels.com: 1) prenotato una camera matrimoniale con colazione (ne sono certo della colazione in quanto era un parametro della ricerca) e arrivati sul posto ci è stata assegnata una camera con due letti singoli e non c'era la colazione. 2) su nostra richiesta, la reception gentilemente ha cambiato camera assegnandoci una matrimoniale con letto KING SIZE e SENZA aria condizionata (t media di 30 gradi) Sul punto 1 abbiamo sbagliato noi evidentemente e l'hotel è stato super disponibile. Ci ha inoltre offerto un buono per avere caffè o cappuccio e brioche nel bar in fondo alla via dell'hotel (qualità ottima). Sul punto 2 mi sento di inviare una critica costruttiva al gestore. In questo periodo è fondamentale avere tutte le camere con A/C funzionante soprattutto dopo aver fatto mesi di camere vuote, forse si era rotta il giorno prima? ;) La camera che ci è stata assegnata (ultima disp) è un po' stretta. servirebbe una panca o scrivania più ampia. Nel complesso comunque consiglio hotel - accettano anche i cani ed è molto positivo.

Great location in Angera for this 3 star hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and it felt like a family-run establishment. It was a little rough around the edges in places (e.g. minibar fridges could do with a good clean), but overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Angera!

Lovely small hotel. Staff were excellent and arranged transfers to and from airport. Hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast very good too. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is quaint and the terrace in the room is lovely with a view over the lake. Beds are comfy and the rooms have good bathrooms!

Nicest place in Angera

Hotel dei Tigli really is a home avay from home. The friendly atmosphere and homey feeling is always present there. People working in hotel are always very friendly and ready to help or direct. Breakfast is decent, I like the orange juice making machine :) also croissants are always good. In general if in Angera, Taino or nearby, go to Tigli ! It also has a grear view !

This place is really nice! Lovely hotel and staff. 1 min walk to the lake, and 5 min walk to the boats, to travel around the lake. The village is small and quiet, not many tourists, only a few restaurants and bars.

Very nice hotel in Angera

Nice stay in Angera at Hotel dei Tigli. Relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. Nice balcony with sun rise and a view of the Lake to the South and la Rocca to the North. We recommend the hotel
