Staff is very helpful and polite. Pousada by the beach belonging to the hotel was awesome, secluded and private. Great place to spend the day, highly recommend.

A very nice hotel in Angra. Valet parking was a real plus. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the topmost floor had a lot of space to hang out or work. The area offered a wide variety of dining options within walking distance. Despite the name Angra Beach Hotel, it is not located by the beach, but it offers a free daily pass to a very nice beach in the Ilha da Jipoia. I will stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Angra.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay overall but were disturbed by noises from 4am every morning (possibly because we were placed on the floor below the restaurant/entertainment area) and also construction noises from 8am every day of our 5 night stay. We would have appreciated being informed at check in that there would be disturbances.

Short stay - all together was perfect

only stayed there for one night- arrived from RIO and took next day the boat to Ilha grande. The Hotel was very nice- nothing to complain: - HUGE Rooms -> apartments - Breakfast Buffet on the rooftop - Nice Reception- very friendly Could imagine to stay longer there

This property is in the town with a shuttle to a small patch of beach next to Angra Inn. Tours will pick you up from the hotel but you have to Uber back. Limited dining experiences at Pirates Mall and downtown Angra.

The hotel in question is misrepresenting its accommodations - do not trust the photos. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the "Superior Suite" did not match the advertised images. Several furnishings, including floor lamps, bedside lamps, and bed stools, were absent from the room. One of the TVs was not working. The air conditioning units were in a state of disrepair, leaking water onto the walls. Additionally, there was evidence of human bodily fluids on the pillows, as documented in the attached photographs. The glass barrier on the balcony was cracked, posing a health and safety risk to guests. Due to the unacceptable conditions, we were compelled to check out after the first night, despite having a reservation for four nights. Regrettably, the hotel manager has been unresponsive and has declined to issue a refund for the remaining nights, even after intervention by the Hotels.com representative.

Café da manhã bom. Mas lençóis horríveis, cheios de bolinhas que chegavam a incomodar, meu lençol do colchão estava manchado bem no meio. Fronhas com buracos e bolinhas. Péssima impressão, parecia que a cama estava usada. Paredes do quarto bem sujas, tomada ao lado da cama pendurada e sem funcionar, cheiro estranho no quarto. Exaustor do banheiro extremamente barulhento. Sinceramente poderiam ter mais cuidado e capricho com a estrutura física pois mesmo que esteja limpo passa péssima impressão. O cartão-chave do quarto parava de funcionar todo dia, obrigando a voltar na recepção para reativar. Cofre do quarto não funcionava, estava quebrado. Por último, a cortesia do VIP-acess do Hotéis.com ninguém na recepção sabia do que se tratava.
