Nice hotel with great potential but our experience wasn't all that great. The hotel was mostly empty during our entire stay, there were only about 5-10 occupied rooms in total which I felt rendered reduced services throughout the hotel. The buffet system was very slow. There was one station were you would order the protein, which was made to order, and another station to order the sides, but there was no coordination between the two stations so you would get your side first and your main dish 20 mins later... One night 3 of us ordered salmon that was served extremely under cooked. The salad station was very limited, so was the bread options. The menu was exactly the same for lunch and dinner during our entire stay so we ended up venturing out to eat outside the resort so we wouldn't have to eat the same every day. Breakfast options were limited as well. Drink service was very slow because if you order wine they have to go and get it from a wine store that's far from the restaurant, cocktails are brought from the outdoor bar which is also far from the restaurant, and bartender service at the beach and pool was extremely slow, which was hard for me to understand why as the hotel was completely empty. The hotel grounds are really nice and all the common areas are very clean. We were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly but sometime it felt like they were a little lost. Another downside was there was constructions ongoing which was annoy

Ótimo hotel para família

Hotel com pensão completa e ótimas refeições, tanto na qualidade quanto na variedade. Instalações bem cuidadas e funcionários cordiais. Quarto com 2 camas de casal, mas camas um pouco maiores do que uma de solteiro. A recreação para crianças acima de 10 anos precisa melhorar, pois não se cumpre o que está na programação e os recreadores não cativam as crianças.

A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure.

Maravilhoso o atendimento de todos os funcionários, sempre atenciosos. Fiquei impressionado positivamente pelo clubinho para as crianças - várias atividades e jogos num único espaço com uma única entrada controlada, inclusive com salão para refeições integrado. Incrível como podem comentar negativamente sobre as instalações - problemas pontuais todos tem em suas moradias! Problemas com o check in é só respeitar as regras e não ter a indelicadeza de interromper um atendimento a um hóspede!!

Ótima estrutura para as crianças.. o que deixa a desejar é ter sempre um adulto nos locais onde são reservados para crianças. Sem sentido tem um adulto acompanhando seu filho se o local é para crianças..

Funcionária mal educada e desqualificada

Ao entrar no hotel , o checkin estava previsto p às 15:00 , chegamos às 14:10 justamente p não ter q ficar na fila e aproveitarmos bastante. Chegando lá fizemos o checkin e a funcionária Gabriele da recepção nos informou que só poderíamos entrar no quarto às 15:00 mas que poderíamos circular pelas dependências do hotel pq assim q o quarto estivesse pronto ela nos mandaria msg avisando, pois bem ficamos passeando pelo hotel , etc … quando foi exatamente as 15:00 voltamos para recepção e encontramos a mesma com a fila enorme, pedi a atenção por 1 min da atendente Gabriele somente para saber o número do nosso quarto. A mesma falou q eu deveria ficar na fila novamente para saber o número do quarto . Fiquei praticamente sem entender nada , pois eu já havia feito o checkin antes justamente p não ter q enfrentar fila . Pois bem , como não teve jeito ficamos na fila novamente, com meu filho pentelhando p ir brincar. , etc … na nossa vez do atendimento para nossa surpresa , não tinha quarto disponível! Achei um absurdo por um hotel dessa estrutura ter profissionais tão desqualificados trabalhando lá, causou uma impressão horrorosa p nossa 1ª vez . Depois de passar por vários atendentes e pedir para falar com o gerente , conseguimos ir p quarto 1 hora depois. Fiquei muito chateada com a situação pois fui cedo para adiantar e não adiantou nada . Tirando isso tudo foi maravilhoso.

Ja havia estado la em outras ocasioes. O hotel continua fantastico, com muitas opcoes de lazer, atendimento dos funcionarios muito bom, confortável e limpo como deve ser. O senao foi a comida que teve uma queda em relação com as idas anteriores, com uma apresentação não condizente com o nivel do hotel. Anteriormente vc chegava a comer com os olhos, ja pressentindo o sabor que viria.

Cheguei no Resort 14h40. Fiz o cheking depois das 16horas.No chekaut foi jogo duro, saída 12h00. O box estava com problema de dreno, solicitei um tapete para evitar q o pé ficasse mergulhado em água suja- não fui atendido. Os frascos de sabonete , shampoo e condicionador estavam à meio frasco e a bombinha não conseguia puxar o líqüido - consequência, nos 2 últimos dias fiquei sem produto. Funcionários atenciosos. Instalação agradável. Comida boa, talvez, menos variedade, mais sabor.

Não vale o preço que cobram pela estadia

Atendimento ruim no check in, não informaram onde ficavam os nossos quartos e tivemos dificuldade para achar. Além disso, check in se inicia às 15h e ficaram de nos avisar quando os quartos estivessem liberados. Estávamos nas dependências do hotel desde as 14h e não nos avisaram a partir das 15h dos quartos liberados. Tivemos que questionar novamente até liberarem já quase as 16h. Dependências antigas já, alguns defeitos e falhas nas instalações em geral, buffet de almoço com pouca variedade. Definitivamente não vale o preço que cobram pela estadia.

Hotel muito legal , lugar lindo , com bastante atividades para crianças e adultos, tudo perto de fácil acesso, academia muito boa ! A limpeza do hotel é muito boa, mas é um hotel com muito pouca manutenção na parte dos quartos, quarto bom , mas aparenta muito a idade que tem, uma boa reforma nos quartos faria o hotel , outro hotel !!! Falta opção de um pillow top opcional para amaciar um pouco as camas, detalhes que fariam grande diferença!!!!

Férias com netos

Hotel perfeito para férias das crianças, muito recreadores, ótima infraestrutura, vários esportes. Equipe muito gentil, prestativa e local lindo. E muito perto do Rio. Wifi não estava dando vazão e o buffet poderia melhorar, grande variedade mas o sabor ficou a desejar. Vamos voltar sempre!

Segunda vez no hotel. Lugar incrível para toda a família, além da natureza exuberante. O melhor hotel da região. Atendimento de todos os colaboradores impecável. Além de extremamente atenciosos, atendem suas solicitações com presteza. Piscina para quem quer tranquilidade e cadeiras na praia para ouvir o delicioso som do mar. A noite, violão e voz para curtir um delicioso vinho ou drink na brisa do mar. Clubinho infantil com tios e tias sensacionais, divertimento garantido para as crianças. Agora tem até sala gamer!!! Piscina do clubinho com baldão e tobogã. Quarto aconchegante, ar condicionado perfeito e bela ducha. E todos pé na areia, com vista para o mar. Escolha sem erro para famílias. Quarto amplo e confortável, almoço e jantar com boa comida, e café da manhã farto. Só sentimos falta de alguns detalhes.. a entrada é liberada às 15h e se quiser comer algo até o jantar é tudo pago, sentimos falta de um mimo de boas vindas, tipo um amendoim e suco, um drink, um chá gelado.. como é feito em outros resorts.. A água no quarto são apenas 6 unidades de 310ml por dia, queríamos tomar um café com bolo quando chegamos, não tinha no bar poucas opções pra lanchar.. no meu ponto de vista não considero resort. Você senta na espreguiçadeira da praia não vai um funcionário ver se você deseja algo, quer? Levante e peça no balcão, vários acessos fechados, talvez por estar bem vazio de hóspede, não esta tudo funcionando, e tem uma parte sendo reformada então a piscina tinha barulho e poeira.
