"The property is close to the train station which was helpful and was quite quiet. Reception staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast had everything you needed with staff making a great effort at insuring food was restocked quickly. We opted not to have our room cleaned on a daily basis. A downside is the hotel rooms do not have a safe in them."

"This hotel was in a great easy to find location. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason that we didn’t rate it as excellent was because the room was pretty small. It worked fine because the weather was exceptional and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room."

"The hotel has a stunning view of lake and mountains. We had a lake view room, which was absolutely worth it. The spa is great- highly recommend the massage and body scrub. The terrace is a fantastic place to sir and have a drink, enjoy the view of the lake. Here the staff were inattentive to those customers sitting at the far end. Otherwise the staff were great and treated us to a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. We would definitely return!"

"Very helpful staff. The hotel was full making it difficult to find a parking spot when people park on 2 spots. Also there was a big group that made a lot of noise early morning."
