The staff at the reception desk were very polite and friendly. They helped us on several occasions. The kitchen staff also did a great job with breakfast and asked us each day about our stay and if we needed anything.

While the surrounding area is "meh" the hotel itself is a five-star property in my book. In fact if this hotel was anywhere else it WOULD be a five star hotel. Brand new facility, amazing rooms and good breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, especially Ocean during check-in. With this being an essentially brand new hotel they have some kinks to work out with the parking situation but the parking and rooms are VERY secure. Close proximity to the train station and Annecy city center is walkable from the location. If I find myself in Annecy again will definitely stay at Hotel La Chappel!

My wife and I stayed for three nights in the Luxury Triple, and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, the staff are a true delight and it's a wonderful mix of creative design blending the original chapel building into a modern hotel. Every detail is meticulously attended to. The location is an easy 7-10 minute walk from the train station and very walkable to the historic core village and the lake. The staff was always smiling, helpful and spoke great English and were patient with our feeble attempt at French. The room was spacious, bed and pillows along with the large sofa were brand new and quite comfortable. Loved the private patio off of the room's sliding glass doors. It was incredibly quiet and not a loud setting with kids running around (no offense, I had young kids once), so it's good for couples. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast, which we enjoyed with its great food selection in a truly French way, along with wonderful staff and delicious coffee. The bar is beautiful and you must take time to enjoy it as well during your stay. My ONLY suggestion is to add a mini-fridge to the room. Highly recommend Hotel La Chapelle!

The perfect base to explore Annecy. The hotel room was very comfortable with good AC, great bed and beautiful bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again and recommend a stay here.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is new so everything was great. The only 2 things, was the parking garage was a bit difficult to navigate down but secure and the toilet and washroom was built for tall people.
