One aspect I found strange was after staying at a 5 star hotel in Athens and straight on to this 4 star hotel was water was complimentary for the first day of arrival, not for the remaining day. Apart from this, everything was perfect,very clean and the restaurant service was very efficient.

I had a wonderful stay at The Stanley Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is excellent, just around the corner from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around Athens and visit all the major attractions. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop. The views are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Whether you’re enjoying a meal, a drink, or simply taking in the scenery, the rooftop is an unforgettable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Stanley to anyone visiting Athens.

Very friendly hotel with a great location. We only stayed for one night, but everything met our needs. Front desk staff gave great recommendations for restaurants as well. Room was a good size and balcony was wonderful. Elevators are tiny (my wife and I couldn't both fit in with our luggage at one time), but it wasn't really a negative. Be prepared to wait for elevators if you are trying to get one at checkout time. Overall, a great stay.
