We looked carefully at reviews before booking in Antalya and this apartment lived up to our expectations. We were made to feel very welcome, the apartment was even better than the pictures suggested and the location close to two tram lines and just outside the heart of the old town could not be bettered. We would definitely book with Arkk Homes if we came back to Antalya.

I had an amazing stay at this property during my holidays,,From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time.

Pleasant stay

Very convenient location. Close to the city centre and marina. Quiet and peaceful despite central location. Close to restaurants and shopping areas.

The owner is very friendly. He even walked us around with introduction to all the restaurants in that block. And the room is way more spacious than I expected. Definitely a good place to stay!

Newly renovated. Great for family. Spacious. Staff are great. This is part of our travel throughout Turkey’e so we rate this as one of the best to reset and do laundry.

Fantastic room with amazing views. Owner is super helpful. Location is central with multiple dining and shopping options. Given that this is the old town area, over experience is excellent. Access to the hotel may appear difficult on google maps, but taxis can drive up to the front of the apartment.

Loved this place!! Highly recommend for family of 4. Very spacious, modern, clean, and loved waking up to amazing views of the sea and mountains. Management was very responsive and helpful. Great location even though entrance is on back street. Would definitely stay here again!!

Finding this place was a gem for our one night stay in Antalya. It was such a beautiful place we almost considered extending our stay just to enjoy the room a little more. It is family owned and the owners are very knowledgeable about the city and it’s history. Upon arrival they gave us a quick rundown of the city’s history and even had a short cute video they made themselves showing imagery and videos of the city. Each room is equipped with everything you’d ever need for a short-term or long-term stay. This place is usually booked out, so if you see it open don’t miss your opportunity!!

Even before we booked this accommodation, we found the hotel to be highly communicative to our questions on late arrival. We were not disappointed, arriving after midnight and were given the warm welcome into the reception area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, moments away from Old Town and all the conveniences you'd expect. Could not of picked a better location. The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. On-site staff were always around to answer any questions or to suggest places to go. When it was raining and leaving for lunch, we were offered an umbrella without asking. If you're considering an apartment in this area I highly recommend it.

We arrived late at night, only to find that the entrance is located down a dark alley. While the apartment building is conveniently close to the old town, it was not the welcoming start we hoped for. On our first day, we discovered that although the stove looked functional, it wasn’t working. We were three guests but were only provided with two sets of towels. When I requested a third, the male manager informed us that he wasn’t “supposed” to provide an additional set, which felt unhelpful. The washers and dryers, while appearing clean, had an unpleasant smell when we used them. Additionally, many of the rooms face west, so by evening, they become quite hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in each room was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable as the rooms didn’t cool down adequately. Throughout our three-night, four-day stay, the night manager seemed unwilling to help with our requests. This lack of responsiveness made us feel as though we were pleading for basic assistance. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It may look appealing initially, but extended stays reveal multiple issues that staff seem unwilling to address. We felt more like we were begging for service than being treated as guests.

Perfect hotel for family

We were here for 3 nights with 2 kids. The location is really good to walk to the park or port, and there are many good restaurants around. The room was clean and had plenty of beds and rooms. The view from the room is fascinating. I really enjoy it and also the sunrise through the kitchen window was beautiful. The kitchen also was good with a huge refrigerator and many kitchen tools. The hotel manager was very kind. Whenever I asked anything, she answered right away and it helped me a lot. I also went to the restaurant she recommended, and it was really good. Everything was perfect. If I go next time, I will go here again definitely.

Clean, nice place

Very well organised place with a lot of essentials. It just felt like staying at a really neat apartment, feeling local. Location was great, 1 min to the tram station and the old city area and the view from the place was awesome. Although this place feels like more airbnb than a hotel (the reception was not 24 hours) but the host was always contactable 24 hours. She booked all sort of taxi and ride, also recommended a bunch of local restaurants and place to visit. If I plan to visit Antalya, I will def recommend this place
