I read a lot of negative reviews, but after staying there, I can say rooms are clean and service is ok. Food for breakfast was ok, but not great, it can use some vegetables/fruits and juices instead of fizzy drinks. Bed and beddings can be better. But overall for this price it’s quite good Location is great as well.

It is very clean room and very good access to everything in Antalya city centre and very easy access from airport to hotel via public transport. Staff where fantastic specially Mehrdad and Miryam very very helpful and effective.they look after us specially good and right guid for finding everything we required

It’s centrally located, busy place. Breakfast area is small and overcrowded. There’s no car parking but front dest staff help with parking for free. They take your key and park it for you somewhere, bring it back in 5mins for you when you need it. Thank you Maryam @ the front desk for being so helpful and friendly- the only person who smiles in Turkey!

This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....hotel smelled really bad and was not at all like the photos. hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.

Kadun puolella huoneessa paljon melua ja huono äänieristys. Osa huoneista ilmeisesti huonompikuntoisia. Huone saatiin vaihdettua pyynnöstä rauhallisempaan ja siistimpään. Perus siisti huone, parveke plussaa. Päivittäin siivous. Hyvä palvelu, aamupala hyvä ja monipuolinen. Sauna käytössä kaksi tuntia illassa hotellivieraille. Sijainti loistava, kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja keskustaan. Kauppoja ja ravintoloita kadunvarret täynnä. Uimarannalle noin 1,5 km.

Es war alles in allem ganz gut! Großer Balkon mit Blick über Antalya! Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und super Kaffee! Zentrale Lage und unweit vom Hafen und Sehenswürdigkeiten! Und die Männer von der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich!

Gebuchtes Zimmer war ein anderes

Ich habe eine Viererzimmer gebucht und habe ein dreibettzimmer erhalten. Auf Nachfrage habe ich eine Matestze ohne Bett erhalten. Die Matratze war fürchterlich und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Würde nie wieder hin.

Déception...

Séjour passable dans l’ensemble. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées quotidiennement si on ne le précise pas avec la pancarte. Nous avons eu un soucis de porte qui ne se fermait pas mais aucune disposition n’a été mise en place afin de régler le problème malgré l’urgence. Nous avons de nous même pris l’initiative d’exiger une autre chambre lorsque nous avons constaté la passivité des employés de l’hôtel face à la situation.Très déçue à ce niveau. Ce n’est pas forcément un hôtel où je reviendrai séjourner. Employés polis tout de même.

+ Very handy and extra helpful young lad who gives this hotel extra points. +Quite various breakfast. +Free valet parking. +Good location. - Housekeeping service is terrible. They didn't clean or change towels although it's written that fhey will do it daily. When I told that at the reception they replied I have to put green sign to do it - everywhere else they do it anyway. When they finally cleaned the room, they left the door open for the whole day!!! Luckily nobody had stolen anything. The next day they didn't come to clean the room although I put the green sign. I had to call twice to get the toilet paper, towels, shower gel. - It stank terribly at the toilet. They couldn't do anything at the reception. - Don't expect that it would be like it's on photos.
