Our holiday turned into a truly special time. The Kids Club staff were professional, and our children were completely satisfied with their time there! Overall everything is good, and the food is tasty. However, the room cleanliness was poor. The housekeeping staff do not properly clean the floor; they just come in briefly and leave. I mentioned this issue to the management, and I believe stronger control and supervision of cleaning is needed.
