Good hotel - cleaning standards need improving

The hotel was very average. The bathroom was not clean, couple of hairs in the bath tub and urine spots on toilet seat.

Goed gelegen.

Prima gelegen voor de Macarena. Veel leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Alles op loopafstand. En kom je met de trein, het is vlak bij het station SJ.

Hotel tranquilo y limpio.

Hotel tranquilo y limpio, recepcionistas amables. Ofrecen menus de 10€ en la cafetería (comidas y cenas) . A 10-15 minutos andando de la zona de bares y tiendas. Enfrente hay un supermercado Aldi .

Dårlig med vann i dusjen, toaletter som ikkje fungerte, sengegavel som slo i veggen når vi snudde oss i sengen,ellers var det et greit hotell ,veldig sentralt.Meget dårlig, så og si ubrukelig wi-fi. Barkeeperen var veldig service instilt ++ Resepsjonen var OK +

Convenient location

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was conveniently located for walking into town and visiting El Torcal and the Caminito del Rey walk. However the hotel is dated. The room decor was very 1980’s! The wardrobe door was broken. We did not have breakfast but the restaurant and bar did not seem open in the evenings.

Lack of thought

On behalf of the group I must register a complaint about the hotel. The 11 people had driven from Portugal hoping for an enjoyable night in the hotel bar after a nice meal. Sadly neither was open. The annoying part is that you did not have the common courtesy to inform prior to arrival. In addition the internet did not work so my attempts to send a vital report to work prior to Monday, failed. The hotel did not meet any acceptable standards

Dårlig service

Der er ikke meget godt at sige om dette hotel. Ret uforskammet receptionist da vi kom. Køleskab på værelses virkede ikke - og der blev ikke gjort noget ved det (40 grader udenfor). Toilettet var utæt, så der var vådt på gulvet. Det er ikke et sted vi vil anbefale eller komme tilbage til.

Fint hotel

Fint hotel til prisen. Morgenmaden var fin. Aftensmaden var ikke så god. De ansatte gjorde det godt. Hotellet lå i udka ten af byen, men dog ikke så langt væk at man ikke kunne gå. Hotellet har fin gratis parkering.

Äldre och gammaldags hotell i mindre bra skick. Enbart spanska tv-kanaler med störningar. Fick aldrig igång wifi och hotellets dator var ur funktion. Personalen alternera mellan reception och kafeterian. Bra läge nära både buss och tågstation.
