“The beach is excellent and the staff is welcoming, helpful and courteous. I appreciate all which was done by Mr. Brown, Paulette, Karla, Kiara just to mention a few of the exceptional staff members I interacted with. The food and drinks were of good quality. With that being said, upper management and investors has failed these employees making it extremely difficult for those employees by having one of the worst hotels on the island. “Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was included in my booking and was plenty sufficient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed.”
