"This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a location. Upon arrival the first night we saw mice in the bathroom. The main bathroom had a distinct body odor smell the toilet seat was broken in half. Additionally, several windows on the property are broken. The windows were broken and we were unable to lock the windows and felt very unsafe. The location of the property is in a very low-class area which added to the unsafe nature. "This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I truly Had an amazing time. The receptionist girl (MAYA) was extremely professional and so kind. She made us feel at home. Food and service was great but I was Just a little disappointed that the resort didn’t have a GYM. that was truly the only thing that was missing so it kind of sucked cause I wasnt Able to work out. Never stayed in a resort where there was no gym. Also, there was no nightly entertainment. That is something that should be added because it can get boring. Since it’s a bit far away. Other than that it was a great stay. "
