"Housekeeping left the window open, and the room was full of mosquitoes — I got more than 10 bites and couldn’t sleep at all. I ended up spending the night in the lobby. Room 101 felt like a monkey cage since it can easily be seen from outside, offering no privacy. No one took responsibility, and the response from the staff was slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience."

"아주 좋았어요. 7일간 숙박했는데 수건은 자유롭게 갈 수 있었고, 청소는 7일에 한번 한다는데 우리는 참을만 했어요. 네스프레소 캡슐과머쉰이 방에있고 에스프레소 머쉰이 7층 리셉션에 있었는데 커피 맛 좋아요. 아파트형이라 집에서 가져간 라면과 포장김치 맘 놓고 먹고 가까운 마트에서 사다 해 먹으니 좋더군요. 역에서 가깝고 주변에 식당도 많아서 편한 여행이었어요. 잘 쉬고 갑니다. "
