"We arrived on a Sunday morning around 10:30am and were allowed to enjoy the pool until our room was ready. The pool and lobby restrooms were messy and dirty from the night before but cleaned well later that morning. The hallway that our room was located in had a few pieces of trash (napkins and papers) laying around. We also booked a pool view suite and were stuck in the corner without a view of the pool. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly, the onsite restaurant was amazing and the pool was fun & clean. We also had a very affordable deal, so overall were happy with the stay,"

"Rooms were great, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a casino, so lots of cigarettes smoke. There is no separate entrance to the hotel, you simply have to go inside the doors and make a quick left to get to the hotel entrance."

"As this was our first visit to your resort, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. Our experience began right at the entrance with the valet parking staff, who were incredibly attentive; the registration staff were just as great—I don't recall the name of the young woman who assisted us, but she was very kind and pleasant. We arrived on August 13th around 3:30 PM. The pool attendant was also very helpful and friendly; we have no complaints at all. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with 10-out-of-10 service. The resort is stunning and luxurious throughout—especially the pools. I loved seeing the curved staircases from the fifth floor; with such a luxurious lobby and beautiful stairs, it felt like being on an elegant cruise ship. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, too. The only downside was that our room faced the resort entrance, but aside from that, I would rate this resort a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it."
