The staff was very understanding when I made a mistake in the reservation. And the room was excellent -- a wide desk of the type I like to use for work, enough light, and a very comfortable bed. I've no complaints.

Decent budget hotel. Stayed 2 nights, the bed was hard. Parking is available right next to the hotel. Overall a good budget hotel. Great area around the hotel, lovely city to walk around! A lot of great sights (castle, parks, museums) onsen and cute cafes with amazing apple pies!

We stayed during a very popular time in Hirosaki, with the cherry blossom festival in full swing. The hotel is a little too far from the station to walk with lots of luggage so we recommend going by taxi. At first they couldn't find our reservations, but everything was sorted. Comfortable hotel.

叀いですが、枅掃は行き届いおいたす。 狭さも料金を考えれば問題なく、䜕より立地がいいです。 廊䞋の音が倚少気になりたしたが、たたたた孊生のグルヌプず同じフロアだったためなので、マむナスポむントずたではいきたせん。

スタッフの察応が䞁寧で日々、郚屋の枅掃も行き届いおおり、連泊したが毎日新しい郚屋を甚意されおいるず感じるほど綺麗な郚屋を保っお頂いた少し気になった点ずしお、机に電気が眮いおあり、コヌドにスむッチが備え付けられおいるものがある。スむッチを切り替えおも電気が付きにくいこずがあり、蚭備の点怜が少し甘いず感じた充分に䜿える状態のため、宿泊者が気を぀けお䜿甚すれば良いのだがその点だけ気になった
