“The property was beautiful, but in a very, very small village, so nothing to do here except a country road walk. The town of Trevi was a very close drive and a much nicer town than the super touristy ones nearby like Spello. I guess my big disappointment was that the hotel was almost empty. I was only staying one night and I asked for an upgrade to a room with a view towards the pool. The price they quoted me was significantly more expensive. “Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days during mid-June and the pool filter was broken such that the pool was unusable during our entire stay. For a remote place with limited amenities in the immediate area this was very limiting and certainly detracted from the experience that it should have been. The staff was gracious and did compensate by providing us a free spa usage which was a welcome experience. In addition, the meals we had during our stay at the facility were excellent.”
