Great experience : location, staff and services are perfect to really enjoy your time there. The food is good but you know in Crete, it is true almost everywhere. My only concern was that the food tags were in german only, it could be translated in english too.

The rooms are small, cramped. Very little space to store clothing. Cleaning was mediocre. Bed linen felt cheap and grainy. The picture of the pool in promotional material is of a sister hotel up the road. The pool here is small. The hotel has no dining room. Eating takes place again up the road at its sister hotel. The walk is about 8 minutes long, although sometimes a buggy is free to drive you to the dining room. The bathroom is cramped and unpleasant. The hotel feels very dated and cheap. Not four-star. For me personally the only thing to recommend this hotel is the staff. They are exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful.

A revoir. Sinon bel endroit

This being our first trip to Crete, we were not sure what to expect. The hotel did not disappoint! I will start with the cons as they are short: A king bed is just two twins put together so not ideal for a couple and the mattress was a tad soft. That’s it for cons really, like I said short - a con/pro mix is for the food. We had breakfast and dinner as part of our package - the pro - tons of food available and they don’t skimp with what they put on your plate - small con is that some days the dinners could have used a little more variety. Now the pros- nice facility, excellent staff, housekeeping was prompt and efficient every day, tons of beach space and chairs ( not sure what it’s like in non-Covid situation). The best wifi coverage I’ve ever had at any hotel, it extended all the way down the beach with just a couple little black out areas. The surrounding area is great, very clean, lots of places to eat for lunch and buy gifts. We really hope to go back some day! Definitely recommend!!!

Georgioupolis best Hotel

An excellent hotel with sea view from all its rooms. Georgioupolis is a small and quiet town especially during Easter. The hotel is very clean and the spa area is small but excellent. I tried it twice. Dinner time was abit of a problem for me as Greeks are used to having dinner later and not between 6-8pm. I would rather prefer 7-9 pm. Also the restaurant is about a hundred metres away from the hotel property by the sea but I enjoyed walking by the sea so that was not a problem at all. I would certainly go back.
